Talaya Kelly is the Administrative Assistant II for the Pre-College Programs-Upward Bound. She brings over 14 years of experience from Prince George's County Public Schools, where she has excelled in roles such as HR Assistant and Principal Secretary.
Ms. Kelly is recognized for her enthusiasm, self-motivation, reliability, and diligence, consistently demonstrating a strong capacity for achieving results. In addition to her professional achievements, she is a published author of two books and manages three businesses. She is also a certified notary public in the state of Maryland.
Kelly is currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration with Human Resource Management at Trinity Washington University.
